The method of seamless hair transplantation is performed on
an outpatient basis (hospitalization is not required) and is carried out in
three stages:
1. Selection of donor material.
2. Formation of micro perforations in the recipient area.
3. Implantation (transplantation) of micro grafts in the
area of alopecia.
Indications for the method of seamless hair transplantation
And genetic and cicatricle alopecia (any degree).
When there is a shortage of donor hair stock on the head,
the seamless method allows you to extract hair follicles from the body: chest,
back, shoulders, etc. (see photos below)
The method of seamless hair transplantation can be used in
addition to the patchwork technique for gig sessions (transplantation of 5000
or more grafts (11,500 follicles) per procedure), which allows to collect micro
grafts above and below the line of the incision (donor flap) and, thus, to
transplant a sufficient number of grafts at large degrees of alopecia, even
with poor scalp mobility in the donor area. (see photos below) .
Advantages Of The Method Of Seamless Hair
Transplantation:
No need for suturing;
Absence of a linear scar at the nape;
Possibility of hair transplant from the body;
Precise Calculation Of Extractable Grafts Of A
Certain Structure And Content Of Follicles:
It is important to know! In the world there are only two
methods of modern follicular micro transplantation, patch (strip) and seamless
(fue). Both methods (fue and strip) of own hair transplantation are widely used
all over the world. They have their own characteristics, indications,
contraindications and they cannot be considered as competing.
Conversely, with
a high degree of alopecia, a combination of these two methods makes it possible
to increase the total number of grafts produced by 30-35% compared to using
only fue or strip. This in turn makes it possible to create the largest density
of transplanted hair and reduce the number of operations.
For the first time in Pakistan transplantation of 5,200
grafts (12,000 follicles) by a combined method (strip + fue including from the
body) Patient alopecia according to classification. The patient has
limited skin mobility and low hair density in the donor area.
